We are excited to be working with a young, innovative fast growing organisation who offers a range of specialist services to the lettings market.

They offer a personal service to Tenants, Landlords and agents for that complete insurance solution.

Due to expansion they’re now looking for an Insurance Sales Consultant to strengthen their existing team.

Task/Responsibilities:
• Your role is to sell /renew insurance policies directly to clients through inbound/outbound calling.
• Ensuring that offering a high level of customer service is always at the forefront of your actions
• Answering customer communication efficiently and effectively
• Accurately dealing with all admin, payments and midterm adjustments
• Building and maintaining a good working relationship with letting agents in order to maximise potential business
• To make effective use of the technology available to ensure a fast accurate and efficient response is given
• To ensure tasks are completed within agreed time scales.
