Our Client is looking for a new member to join their team.
The role will be heading up the Parts department, as Parts Manager, you will aim to promote retail sales both online and on site, as well as organising parts ready for the service department, and when needed processing warranty claims.
Currently situated in the top 5 dealers in the country. Being a long established family run business our client pride themselves on customer satisfaction and providing the best service possible, and the whole team reflect this.
This is a long term role, with the opportunity to grow and progress.
Basic job duties:
-Unload overnight parts deliveries
-Promote retail sales on our ebay site, and boost online sales.
-Boost on site retail sales
-Ensure the workshop have the parts they require for the day, and order more if required.
-Keep the parts department organised, and well stocked.
-Keep all paperwork up to date, and our DMS system.
-Comfortable with computer systems
-Good organisational skills
-Good communication with both customers and fellow colleagues
-Good customer skills
-Flexibility to duties when needed
The candidate must also have a valid UK Drivers Licence.
Hours of work:
-Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm (flexibility to these hours may be required during busy times)
-Saturday: 8am-1pm (rota basis)
-Package: 28 days holiday, company pension scheme, uniform (including safety footwear), company phone.
-The candidate will be provided with main dealership training, as well as onsite training.
