A client of Job Shop Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Customer Service advisor based in the Newton Abbot area.
You will be working in a small team dealing with customers on a day to day basis and be responsible for generating sales orders and delivering excellent customer service with a view to growing and developing the business.
Your role would be to make outgoing sales calls in order to generate sales for the business and to promote the different products and promotions of the company.
You will be speaking to customers over the telephone, so an excellent telephone manner, ability to think on your feet, have good attention to detail, multitask, have excellent computer skills and communication skills.
The Team make a large amount of calls on a daily basis as well as receiving incoming calls taking orders, you must be able to work as part of a team and have a strong personality
This role will include complaint handling, up selling and multi-tasking and all administration is dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
You will have KPI’s set out by the Manager, daily, weekly and monthly sales targets which are achievable, once achieved there would be a bonus paid monthly.
