Working alongside the Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities will be as follows:

Respond to sale enquiries, for new and existing customers

Promote products based on companies directives

Supply customers with detailed quotes

Negotiate terms of sales and agreements, closing sales with customers

Proactively maintain relationship with customers until close of sale

Co-ordinate and schedule installs for our engineers using a computerised diary system

Update and maintain company CRM system

Identify added value sales opportunities

Assist with duties in relation to shows

Requirements & Skills:

Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and CRM’s

Efficient and able to work under pressure

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9.00am -5.00pm
