Job Shop Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor (Office Based).

If you love helping customers and have good administrative skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you to start immediately, as a Customer Service Advisor. (Office Based). You will join this leading online leisure retailer and will be a primary contact in this Ecommerce and after-sales role, talking to clients by email and taking calls by phone about our client’s great products and brands.

Duties:

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail enquiries regarding products and brand.
• Assist clients on order-on-line
• Process returns and refunds in accordance with established procedures
• Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
• Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
• Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
• Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.
• Assist customers with after-sales service queries
• Point of contact for customer.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm.
